Screen Media
​Vanadium Material Solutions provides all modular and cross tension screen media, steel backed rubber panels, wear components including conveyor belt and accessories. The aim is to provide ready on the shelf products without the long lead times, innovating the way customers can purchase wear products. In addition to a comprehensive range of modular rubber and polyurethane screen media, we also stock woven wire screen media for select customers. Vanadium offers an optimised screen solution through our screen media selection specialists to meet our customer requirements, efficiently, reliably and consistently. Vanadium currently provide screen media to a number of major producers, namely Boral,
Hanson, Holcim, Fulton Hogan, Mawsons, Brisbane City Council and Karremans quarries, throughout Australia. We continually provide our customers with information to ensure they are at the cutting edge of technology and innovation.
EPC Projects
Partnering with leaders in processing and preparation plant design, we offer our clients an integrated service from concept through to commissioning. Our team brings extensive expertise across coal, and mineral sands processing plant design, including technology selection, processing optimisation and
yield improvements. Our process design team works with clients from the evaluation of data, development of models, detailed design, equipment selection through to operational readiness and commissioning. Our project development services include; project scoping, conceptual design and engineering. Converting ideas into reality through sound engineering practises and proven technologies.
Tailings Dam Management
Vanadium Tailings Management is a modular plant designed around the needs of the client. Our modular plant can be customised to retreat, dry and pelletise tailings, in a complete off grid with generator or solar configuration. This enables the plant to be placed anywhere near your tailings dam, and be remotely controlled and monitored from your PLC. Using all our latest automation and monitoring products, for a full tailings solution.

With our tailings management system, it is now possible to turn existing waste flowing into tailings dams into a revenue source. In addition to reducing the carbon footprint, tailings management reduces rehabilitation costs.

Minerals Processing Facility construction or restart projects often do not achieve rapid production ramp up due to a poor or non-existent up-front operational readiness programme.

Spiral Automation
Spiral circuits tend to be neglected operationally. The sheer number of spirals and the manual nature of the splitter adjustment means that operators are slow to respond to changes in feed quality. To ensure product quality is consistently met, operators acknowledge they opt to reduce the dense medium cyclone density in a coal coarse circuit. The major benefit the Spiral
Galaxy is that it automates the spiral splitters allowing the spiral circuit to be controlled online to respond to changes in feed quality in step with the other circuits, simply because it can be done from the control room by the press of a button.

A spiral circuit is usually a black box that needs to be operated manually without being able to change its position remotely. The Spiral Galaxy solves this issue by providing real time monitoring and control of the spiral splitters. With SCADA, splitter positions can be controlled very precisely with real-time reports, as well as manual control from the control box by the spiral bank.

Vanadium Solar
We have taken Solar Power to the next level, by listening to what our clients wanted. We addressed the following issues:

Some areas we saw the most benefit were in the water purification as well as sea water purification. This allows us to capture both solar energy, utilise batteries as well as purify water whilst providing a compete off the grid camp solution.
